Our Guarantee

Returns

If you receive your order and are unsatisfied you can return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items received outside the 30 day window will not be refunded and the customer will need to pay for return label back to them. Returns must be in NEW/UNUSED condition.

Repairs

Simple Mama Company stands behind our products 100%. We sew all of our products in house and guarantee them from any manufacturing defects for the life of the product. If there is ever a quality issue with our sewn products, we will repair it at no cost to you. Imperfections that cannot be repaired will be replaced with the same or similar valued item. This guarantee applies to all Simple Mama Co sewn products.
